With the "3 2D" and "MIDI 5 2D" series it is important to always start and end with a half section. Then the ramps always fit and no additional adapter is needed. This only applies if you want to combine them with another system. See the drawing below. This is what you need for 20m in 1 piece. If you want to make multiple lengths, you will have to increase the half-meter pieces.
