New! Shure GLX-D+ Dual Band
02-03-23
Shure has been one of the leading players in the wireless microphone market for many years. The new GLX-D+ Dual Band builds on their years of experience and includes receivers that include the typical rack-mount and table models but also Shure's first guitar pedal receiver. The GLXD6+ digital wireless guitar pedal has a built-in tuner but also ¼" input so musicians can still plug it in whenever they want. The receiver can also be paired with two or more transmitters for faster transitions between instruments on stage. So it's ideal for musicians who alternate playing multiple instruments during a show.
The new generation GLX-D has double the bandwidth compared to the previous one and operates in both 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHZ. The rechargeable battery has also been improved. It offers up to 12 hours of operating time, with a quick-charge capability of 1.5 hours after 15 minutes of charging. GLX-D+ systems are available with three wireless handheld microphone options, including the SM58, BETA 58A and BETA 87A. Combined with the frequency manager and directional antenna as accessories (both sold separately), the rack-mounted receiver systems are ideal for small and medium-sized installations requiring a larger number of channels.
